Agreement
Inferoid, by Emotos Inc. (“Inferoid,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), provides this website and related services. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you use the services for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization to these terms.
Using the service
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the data, examples, instructions, and outputs associated with your account and for reviewing model outputs before relying on them.
Your data and models
As between you and Inferoid, you retain rights in the data and examples you submit and the outputs you receive, subject to third-party rights. You grant Inferoid the limited rights needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the applicable product documentation and your agreement with us.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, to infringe another person's rights, to distribute malware, to probe or disrupt systems, or to bypass access controls, rate limits, security measures, or usage records. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect people, systems, or the service.
Fees and changes
Fees and included features are stated in your order or plan. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable technical limits to keep the service available. Unless required by law or stated in your order, payments are non-refundable.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFEROID DISCLAIMS EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, AND ACCURACY. AI OUTPUT MAY BE INACCURATE OR UNSUITABLE; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING IT BEFORE USE.
Liability and termination
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFEROID WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM THE SERVICE. Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, nonpayment, abuse, security risk, legal reasons, or operational reasons. Terms that should naturally survive termination will survive.
